Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at threadline@armanbrands.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you do not need to send the item back.

Returns for any other reason
Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with proof of purchase. Email threadline@armanbrands.com to start a return and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing threadline@armanbrands.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union
If your order ships to the EU, you can cancel or return it for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed, email us at threadline@armanbrands.com.
