Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times
United States: usually 8–15 business days after your order ships.
International: usually 10–20 business days. Customs can add extra time in some countries.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping: $4.99, and free on orders of $99 or more.
Express shipping: $14.99, where shown at checkout. Express orders get priority handling, but delivery times can still vary by destination.
Newsletter subscribers receive a free-shipping code by email.

Order tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after you receive your shipping email.

Customs and duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

Damaged, lost or late orders
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the times above, email us at threadline@armanbrands.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or a refund.

Address changes
Need to change your address? Email threadline@armanbrands.com as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.
